Music to my ears
My eldest daughter Sam, recently gave me her MP3 player. It’s a Creative Zen Nano Plus with a 512MB memory. It has a loose battery cover but it’s still special because it’s a birthday gift from my Sam. Of course I was thrilled. I can now listen to my kind of music. But before I can do that, I have to bear the insults of my two hi-tech kids, including my wife because I have to ask them how to operate the damn gadget. It’s quite simple actually and fun. Now, during lunch breaks at the office, I listen to the music of “Blood, Sweat and Tears”, “Yes” , “Dave Brubeck”, “The Rolling Stones”, “Earl Klugh”, “Firefall”, “Chuck Mangione”, “Fleetwood Mac” and many many more artists from the 70’s and 80’s.
Thank you Sam!
Sinong mga artists yun??? Di ko na yata sila inabutan! Bata pa kasi ako.
Kailangan mo parin IUPDATE ang MUSIC mo.
Hahaha!
“I can now listen to my kind of music..”
Oo nga, your OLD kind of music. XD
You’re so mean…!!!
uy, i like earl klugh also. i’ve listened to chuck mangione before because its my kuya’s fave but i’m not familiar sa mga hits nya. sinong mga artists from 70’s and 80’s meron ka? parang magkasing bata yata tayo Speedy ah…
Brenda, actually they call it classic rock today kasi nga twenty to thirty years na yung music. Mga hits ni Chuck Mangione? “Hill Where The Lord Hides”, “Feels So Good”. Most of the time pang movie soundtrack na lang yung mga older songs like what they used in the movie “Interview With a Vampire” - “Sympathy For The Devil” by the Rolling Stones. Bata pa naman ako eh. I’m only T6. Mas nakaka-relate lang ako sa music of yesteryears.
Feels So Good? Di ba si Santana yun?
Chuck Mangione yun.
Jack…
I Googled for something completely different, but found your page…and have to say thanks. nice read….
